What is the best way to get to the venue?

Alternatively The Bella Center is located in the heart of Ørestad, and has its own metro station at the east entrance. A shuttle from Copenhagen airport to the connected AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen hotel runs every 30 minutes (6am-11pm). The line 30 bus from Copenhagen central station also stops at Bella Center, and regional trains all stop at Ørestad station, where the metro can be taken.
How can I pick up my delegate badge?
There are three ways to collect your delegate badges, and we encourage delegates to pick up their badges prior to Day 1 to ensure speedy access to the event. You must bring photo identification with you in order to collect your badge.Please note: due to on-site security, all delegates must wear their delegate badge at all times.
- Copenhagen Airport badge collection:
We will have a EuroFinance Welcome desk located in the International Terminal please look out for us! Our Welcome desk will be open from from 10am – 6pm on Tuesday 15th October.
- Pre-event collection:
The registration zone is located at the entrance to the Bella Center and delegates and exhibitors can collect their badges from 10am – 7pm Tuesday 15th October.
- Day 1 – Registration Zone + Exhibition:
Will open from 8:00am for Delegates
Will open from 7:30am for Exhibitors
Will open from 9:00am for unregistered attendees
The registration zone will close: 7:00pm Wednesday 16th October 6:30pm Thursday 17th – 2:00 Friday 18 October
What colour Badge do I wear?
In order to identify everyone at the conference, different categories of delegates will be wearing the following badge holders:
Speaker – Red Badge
Corporate Delegate- Blue Badge
Financial Delegate – Green Badge
Exhibitor – Yellow Badge
Onsite Suppliers – Orange Badge
To reduce waste, on departure from the event please drop your badge at registrations for recycling.
Is there a cloakroom onsite?
Yes. The cloakroom at Bella Center is located before the entrance to the registration area.
What is the Wifi?
Details of the WiFi at Bella Center will be updated the week of the conference. Please check back here when you reach the venue for information on how to connect.
What is the dress code?

We know how hard it is to be out of the office, and we understand the need to stay connected. That’s why, NEW for 2019, we have introduced HOT DESKS. These stations can be found in the reception zone.
Pull up a seat, plug in your laptop charger, and check in with the office without having to leave the conference.

End of Day 1 Welcome Networking Reception
Open to all delegates, speakers and exhibitors, the networking reception will take place at the end of Day 1. This will be a great opportunity for you to network with your peers….. The theme for the reception is under wraps – but it is definitely not one to miss!!
Photography & Filming
There will be photography and/or filming at this event and your image may be captured by us and used for our business and promotional purposes, in printed publications, videos and/or on our website. Can my company be invoiced for my registration fee?
Yes, but you will need to contact our registrations department at email@example.com.
Please note that your delegate fee will need to have been paid in full at least 10 working days before the event, otherwise entry may be refused.
I have registered but received an email saying “Registration pending approval”
Before we confirm your registration we check that you have booked under the right category and received the Best Price Available. You will receive a confirmation email within 2 working days. We regret that additional discounts can not be applied after you have received your registration confirmation.
What happens if I can no longer attend?
Full refunds are available on all cancellations received in writing 28 days before the conference start date. No refunds or credits can be issued after this date and any outstanding payment will be required in full. The option to transfer to another conference or course, or to transfer the ticket to another name, is subject to availability.
What is included in the price?
Fees include refreshments, lunch, full documentation and conference materials where available (they do not include transport or hotel accommodation). All fees are inclusive of published discounts. Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer.
