Fees include

  • Refreshments, lunch, cocktail reception, full documentation where available (they do not include accommodation).
  • All fees are inclusive of published discounts including applicable VAT which may be recoverable by corporations sending their delegates.
  • Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer
  • If you would prefer to pay by telegraphic transfer, please ensure that all charges are paid, including our receiving bank fees. If your bank does
    not allow the option of paying our receiving charges, please add EUR 10.00 to the total remitted.
  • Please quote your order number on bank transfers and on all correspondences as this will enable us to correctly allocate your payment.

Cancellation Terms

  • Receipt of your registration (inclusive or exclusive of payment) constitutes formal agreement to attend this conference and cancellation terms apply.
  • Full refunds are available on all cancellations received in writing (letter, fax or email) 28 days before the conference start date. No refund or credit after this and any outstanding payment will be required in full. Substitutions are available.
  • All confirmations details will be sent upon receipt of the booking form.
  • Attendance fees will not be refunded in the event or threat of war, terrorism or circumstances outside of the organisers control.
  • EuroFinance reserves the right in its absolute discretion to refuse admission to the Conference to any delegate.
