Kirsty leads the European & Middle Eastern Treasury Operations for General Mills, Inc. (GMI), a global manufacturer and marketer of branded consumer foods sold through retail stores which portfolio includes Cheerios, Betty Crocker & Häagen-Dazs. A Fortune 500 company, GMI is headquartered in Minneapolis, USA and is listed on the NYSE.

Kirsty’s scope covers Cash & liquidity, In-House Banking, Foreign Exchange hedging & Bank Account management topics. She is also involved in M&A & Treasury optimization initiatives.

Kirsty is based in Nyon, Switzerland. Prior to this role, she worked on Foreign Exchange Hedging topics at EATON, in Switzerland and in India.

Ferdinand Jahnel has been Vice President, Treasurer, for Marsh & McLennan Companies in New York, NY, since April 2015. In this role, Ferdinand is responsible for Global Cash Management, Credit and Capital Markets activities, and Global Pensions. He also oversees the Company’s relationships with its global financial partners, banks, and rating agencies.

Prior to that Ferdinand served as Vice President, Corporate Treasurer, for Henry Schein, Inc., in Melville, NY from 2008 to 2015. He was also Assistant Treasurer at CA Technologies, Inc., International Treasurer at Steelcase, Inc., and worked in various Corporate Finance positions for the MAN Group in Europe and the U.S.

Ferdinand earned his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Augsburg, Germany. He is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), and has served as a Board Director at the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) since 2012.

Doug attended Syracuse University and graduated with a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Economics. He spent 8-years at the Fuji Bank Ltd. In NYC as a money markets trader. He attended Fordham University graduating with an MBA in Finance & Accounting. Doug joined the Hertz Corporation in 1998 as Manager, Corporate Finance. In 2000, Doug joined IBM treasury. Doug spent seven years with IBM and held roles in capital markets, risk management & foreign exchange. While with IBM, Doug spent two years in Dublin Ireland on an international assignment in the role of Chief Dealer of IBM’s In-house Bank. In 2007, he joined GE Corporate Treasury as a Managing Director. Doug held various roles over his 7-year career at GE Capital. In 2014, Doug joined Booking Holdings as VP, Treasurer. Doug oversees funding, investments, cash management, insurance, risk management, share repurchase and bank relations. Doug was promoted to SVP in February 2020 and is a member of the senior leadership team. Booking Holdings brands include; Booking.com, priceline.com, KAYAK, Agoda.com, rentalcars.com and Open Table.

Dimitrios Siokis is Group Treasurer at Coca Cola Hellenic. Dimitrios has strong background in Emerging Markets, Corporate Treasury, Risk/Portfolio Management & Structuring after spending 25 years in Buy/Sell side Banking and Advisory roles in UK, Luxembourg and Greece. Dimitrios is a Board Member for Hellenic Association of Treasurers (HAT).

Hans has 20 years of finance experience in the healthcare and banking industry, with the past 9 years in corporate treasury management at AbbVie.

He is currently responsible at AbbVie for Treasury Management for the EMEA region at the regional treasury center located in the Netherlands.

Prior AbbVie, he worked as interim finance professional for Randstad (Yacht) and in various finance controlling roles at Rabobank and Abbott Laboratories.

Hans holds a bachelors degree in Business Economics, a pre-masters degree in Managerial Controlling.

Next to that, Hans is a registered Financial Controller and holds a Certificate in Treasury from the Association of Corporate Treasurers.

Winny Li is currently the Group Treasurer at PPD, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific having graduated from the University of Cambridge with an MPhil Distinction in Management Studies. She started her finance career with professional accountancy firms, including Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, where she completed her ACA training. This provided valuable experience, leading Winny to working for the Global Media Enterprise, Viacom, where she travelled extensively, accumulating further expertise whilst working in different business environments and cultural settings. 18/19 years ago, Winny joined the fast-growing pharmaceuticals company PPD, where she contributed to the significant growth and change of the company, including Merger & Acquisition, de-listing, number of rounds of re Financing, IPO and many key milestones. Aimee is Associate Director, Global Cash Management and Operations for Carrier, where she manages a global team. She has diverse Treasury experience, having most recently held Head of Treasury roles at Primark and CarTrawler in Dublin. Prior to this, she spent 10 years with Johnson & Johnson in various roles across their Treasury Centres in Dublin, Belgium, Sao Paulo and New Brunswick where she gained in depth experience of Cash Management, driving Working Capital initiatives, FI Relationship Management, Financial Risk Management, Cash Forecasting & Analysis, Capital Markets, Cash Repatriation as well as Acquisition, Divestiture and Integration experience. She started her career with ABN Amro’s Outsourced Treasury Centre in Dublin after completing a Bachelor of Economics at Trinity College Dublin and is a qualified accountant.She was 2023 President of Irish Association of Corporate Treasurers

JEANNETTE GORZALA

Jeannette Gorzala is a prominent figure in the European AI ecosystem. She has founded several initiatives and companies, including the law firm go_legal, specializing in business law and new technologies, and the AI literacy platform Act.AI.Now, which supports the development of AI literacy and AI governance in organizations. Her clientele includes Fortune 500 companies and public institutions.

As Vice President of the European AI Forum, she has helped establish it as one of the largest networks for AI companies in Europe. Susana joined eBay in 2020 where she leads the Treasury team responsible for Cash Management and Payments for markets outside of the US.  Susana has over 20 years of professional experience in all aspects of Treasury in large multinationals holding leadership positions. She is recognized for process improvements and change management, having implemented several transformation projects in her career.  Besides Corporate Treasury, Susana has also worked as Teacher and Consultant.

Susana is an International Business graduate from McGill University, an M.B.A from HEC Montreal, and Certified Treasury Professional C.T.P. by the Association of Financial Professionals.

Marianna Polykrati, has recently joined Avramar Aquacultures as a Group Treasurer, with extensive expertise in Treasury, Corporate Finance and Banking. During her career, she has played a key role in the execution of complex M&A and funding transactions as well liquidity crisis management. Her professional experience includes 16 years as a Group Treasurer in the largest FMCG Groups such as Chipita and Vivartia and 8 years in Venture Capital and Leasing companies. Utilizing the wealth of her experience, Marianna’s vision is to contribute to the future development of the Treasury profession and enhance the Treasurer’s role in becoming a critical and strategic business partner, leading the corporate transformation in sustainability as well as a technology enabler, supporting the adoption of technology by the local businesses and finance community with strong focus in Automation, FinTech, AI and Blockchain. Frank Waechter is responsible for any Treasury and Insurance matters within the PUMA group. Being with PUMA for more than 11 years now, he was involved in any Treasury & Insurance related topic for the Sports Manufacturer from the early establishment of the Group function to today’s full-blown setup serving the needs of a DAX40(R)-corporate. Frank is based at the company’s headquarters in Herzogenaurach near Nuernberg, Germany. Christian Bauwens joined Flex in May 2012 as Corporate Treasurer. In this role, he is responsible for Corporate Finance, FX, Risk Management, Credit and Global Cash Management.

In addition to his Treasurer role, Mr. Bauwens is also responsible for the shared services activities for the global Finance function (GBS), as well as for the procurement finance function.

Prior to joining Flex, Mr. Bauwens served as the Chief Financial Officer of Estrella International Energy Services. Earlier in his career, he worked at General Motors for about 15 years in senior Treasury roles in Asia, Europe and New York, as well as regional CFO in South America. He subsequently joined Nissan where he served as Treasurer for Nissan Motor North America and Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.

Mr. Bauwens holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics, a Degree in Political Science & International Relations and a Master of Arts in Economics and Finance, all from the Universite Catholique de Louvain, Belgium.

I am a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and an Affiliate member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (AffilACT), with over 36 years’ experience in Treasury, 22 of which I have been as an Assistant Treasurer at Ferguson, a NYSE listed company. I have extensive knowledge and skills in treasury technology, automation, foreign exchange, cash management, and international payments. I am responsible for the UK intercompany loans portfolio and continue to drive forward the group’s strategy on treasury technology. I have worked at Sky, Gillette, PolyGram, Seagram, and Vivendi Universal.
