Registration – Sponsor and exhibitor staff tickets
Many thanks for your support, we are very much looking forward to welcoming you to Vienna. In order to register, please refer to your email sent by [email protected] which outlines your ticket allocation and your unique company booking codes. Please have your booking code ready to apply at the end of the registration form. If you have not received this email or can not locate it, please email us.

What is the difference between each ticket type?
I want to purchase additional Exhibitor tickets, is this possible?
Please refer to the email from [email protected], which outlines how many additional Exhibitor tickets you can purchase and the discount amount. Once you have exceeded this allocation, you must purchase an “Access all areas” staff ticket using your staff discount rate.
What is the current rate and is there an early-bird discount?
Please refer to your email with your discounts and allocation. The current early-bird rate is €4155 ending on Friday, July 29th. Below is a guide to the current rate including different discount amounts.
Can I upgrade my Exhibitor ticket to an access all area ticket in order to view all sessions?
You can upgrade a limited number of exhibitor tickets at 75% of the full rate (this will be capped depending on your level). Please refer to the table above for the current rate minus 75%. To upgrade, please email: [email protected]
As part of our contract we are entitled to a Session Access pass (formerly known as Floating Pass), how do these work and how do we register for them?
Session Access passes are not an additional ticket. A Session Access pass allows a member of your exhibitor team, premium session access. These can be collected onsite from the registration desk on day 1. Gold and Bronze packages do not include Session Access passes.
Do we need to register our speakers and does this come out of our allocation?
Speakers will be automatically registered by our programming team. Speakers do not come out of your ticket allocation.
We have an online support/supplier working on our stand that is not a company employee coming, do they need to register?
All external support must be registered online prior to the event; our Client Services team will be able to provide you with the correct web link to register them [numbers are restricted]. Please note all external support staff will not be permitted to use the delegate lunch areas.
All stand builders must be allocated and wear onsite at all times a wrist-band which can be collected onsite from our Operational team.

• After 8am will need prior authorisation and must be accompanied onto the exhibition floor
Private Meeting room tickets
All hired private meeting rooms are allocated a number of Exhibitor floor access tickets; the additional number of tickets is dependent on the size of the meeting room. Please contact your dedicated EuroFinance operational team member for further details.
I would like to invite clients, do you have marketing materials I can use?
Yes, we would be happy to supply personalised email text, pdf invitations, social and web banners or anything else you require. Please get in touch with [email protected] to discuss your plans and our marketing and design team will put together a pack for you.
