We are excited to hold the event at the Hungexpo Budapest Congress and Exhibition Centre in 2025.

Beat the queues and pick up your badge a day early
- Budapest Marriott Hotel 2:30pm-6:30pm Tuesday, 14th October
- Kempinski Hotel Corvinus 2:30pm-6:30pm Tuesday, 14th October
- InterContinental Budapest 2:30pm-6:30pm Tuesday, 14th October
- Hungexpo Pre-event badge collection 3:00pm-7:30pm Tuesday, 14th October
- Hungexpo Day 1 registration: From 08:00am Wednesday, 15th October
Free 72 hour public transport passes (valid from 7.30am on Wednesday 15th) will be handed out on a first-come first-served basis to attendees who collect their badges on Tuesday.
Please bring photo ID to collect your badge.

Complimentary morning buses from major hotels
EuroFinance will run the following 2 bus routes in the mornings via major hotels to the Hungexpo.
BUS ROUTE 1
For attendees staying at the InterContinental Budapest or Budapest Marriott HotelPick-up point: one pick up point for both hotels – Corner of Apáczai Csere János utca and Wekerle Sándor utca. Map.

Thursday 16th – 7:30am and 8:15am

For attendees staying at the Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest and Al Habtoor Palace BudapestPick-up point: one pick up point for both hotels – in front of the Kempinski hotel Corvinus. Map.
Pick up times:
Wednesday 15th – 7:30am and 8:15am
Thursday 16th – 7:30am and 8:15am
Friday 17th – 8:20am -
Travel by taxi
You will be able to book a taxi with the Hungexpo’s dedicated taxi company at the registration desk. They will also operate a taxi rank outside the venue.
Uber and Bolt are also able to drop off and pick up outside the Hungexpo. Please ask to be dropped at the Congress Center, which is between Gate 2 and 3.

Travel by public transport
Free 72 hour public transport passes will be handed out on a first-come first-served basis to attendees who collect their badges on Tuesday.

Getting to Hungexpo
Bus: Bus 10 arrives at every gate of the Hungexpo. The timetable for Bus 10 is here. On the morning and afternoon of the event, bus 10 will stop at Örs Vezér Tere metro station every 12 minutes and will take you directly to the entrance in approx 5 minutes.
Metro: You can also enter Hungexpo if you go to Pillangó utca station with Metro Line 2 (M2) and from there the main entrance is about a 15 minute walk away.
