  In the current role as EMEA Treasurer, Rada is responsible for a wide range of treasury and finance activities including management of EMEA countries’ banking structure, cash liquidity, FX exposure & hedging, and banking relationship management.

  Rada joined Abbott in October of 2001 and held multiple Accounting, Finance, and Treasury positions with increasing responsibilities with Abbott and AbbVie. Most recently Rada was working as a Finance Controller on an international assignment in the Netherlands and since 2018 Rada is leading EMEA Treasury organization. After recent Allergan acquisition, Rada’s role expanded to include the responsibilities of Regional Treasury Integration lead. In this role, Rada is working with cross-functional teams on integrating Allergan business in the AbbVie standard operating model.

  Rada moved to the U.S. after the war in ex-Yugoslavia. After settling in the U.S., she decided to continue with collegiate studies which she did not have a chance to finish at the Economics University in Croatia before war broke out.

  Rada obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2005 from Upper Iowa University and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Keller Graduate School in 2012. Rada is Certified Public Accountant (CPA), since 2008.

  Royston Da Costa has over 34 years’ experience working in treasury. He joined Wolseley, now Ferguson Group, in April 2002, and was responsible for managing the group’s daily debt and cash requirements.

  In 2010, Royston was given the responsibility for driving the automation of Treasury’s processes at Ferguson, which led to the implementation of their current treasury management system in 2015, a cloud-based solution by Coupa.

  He was promoted to assistant group treasurer in November 2016, and was made responsible for the middle office, and in November 2019 assumed responsibility for the Front Office. He continues to drive forward the group’s strategy on treasury technology.

  Today, Ferguson use 13 cloud based solutions and most of their processes are automated.

  Royston previously worked at Sky, Gillette, PolyGram, Seagram, and Vivendi Universal.

  Ferguson won the 2020 BELLIN (now part of Coupa) Champions Award for “Best Practice”.

  Royston also won the Adam Smith award on behalf of Ferguson for the “Best Cyber-Security Solution” in 2019.

  Ferguson won the Corporate Recognition Award for “Future proofing Treasury” at the 2018 TMI Awards for Innovation and Excellence.

  Debbie is the Global Cash and Operations Director for Cisco Systems, Inc. based in San Jose, California. She is responsible for the Global Cash Management, investment and defined contribution (401k) operations as well as Global Stock Plan Services and M&A Payroll/Stock.   Doug attended Syracuse University and graduated with a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Economics. He spent 8-years at the Fuji Bank Ltd. In NYC as a money markets trader. He attended Fordham University graduating with an MBA in Finance & Accounting. Doug joined the Hertz Corporation in 1998 as Manager, Corporate Finance. In 2000, Doug joined IBM treasury. Doug spent seven years with IBM and held roles in capital markets, risk management & foreign exchange. While with IBM, Doug spent two years in Dublin Ireland on an international assignment in the role of Chief Dealer of IBM’s In-house Bank. In 2007, he joined GE Corporate Treasury as a Managing Director. Doug held various roles over his 7-year career at GE Capital. In 2014, Doug joined Booking Holdings as VP, Treasurer. Doug oversees funding, investments, cash management, insurance, risk management, share repurchase and bank relations.
