Mack Makode is Vice President and Treasurer for Under Armour. Mr. Makode was appointed to his current position in April 2018. As Treasurer, Mr. Makode is responsible for capital markets, FX and interest rate risk management, working capital optimization, cash forecasting and treasury operations.
Prior to joining Under Armour, Mr. Makode worked at Mylan for almost 3 years as Vice President and Asst. Treasurer, and General Electric (GE) for almost 10 years, holding progressive leadership positions including Treasurer of two GE Businesses (combined assets ~$70B) with promotion to Asst. Treasurer of GE’s largest operating units (Industrial businesses) with $250+B assets in >130 countries. In these roles, Mr. Makode was responsible for FX, interest rate and commodity hedging strategies and hedge accounting, liquidity analysis and management, traditional and alternate funding, cash flow and working capital management, M&A evaluation and integration, and cash and bank account management.
Mr. Makode received his Ph. D. in Structural Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and MBA in Finance and Marketing from The Wharton Business School. Mr. Makode was a professional badminton player early in his career.

Yang Xu has a global background and broad experiences in finance. Born and raised in China, Yang obtained a bachelor’s degree in Finance. She then pursued her master’s degree at HEC Paris and London Business School. Upon graduation, Yang began her career with Whirlpool Corporation in 2004. She held many roles with increasing responsibilities across Treasury, M&A, Strategy, and various Finance functions in U.S., Europe and Asia. Her scope ranged from leading strategic planning, M&A deals, to various businesses CFO in the U.S.; leading commercial finance for 34 countries across EMEA; integrating a major acquisition in China as Sales & Marketing Director; and managing business operations in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Yang returned to Whirlpool’s global headquarters as Senior Director of Treasury in 2016.
In 2018, Yang joined Kraft Heinz as Global Treasurer, a role that focuses on company capital structure, and manages debt, cash, derivatives, insurance and pension. She restructured the company’s debt portfolio and strengthened the balance sheet and liquidity. In June 2020, Yang expanded her scope to further include various global finance functions including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, revenue management, media investment, fixed cost and capital expenditures. Yang also leads Finance Transformation, a strategic agenda for the global finance function for Kraft Heinz.
Yang is recognized by driving strategic directions through business financial acumen, capital market insights, large cross-functional projects, and global experiences. As a finance leader, Yang is passionate about developing talents and building strong and diverse organizations.

Mr. Melski has 20+ years of corporate treasury and finance experience. He joined the company in 2009 and has held various roles with increasing responsibilities across Parexel’s finance organization, including FP&A, Operations Finance and Treasury. Sekar is in charge of setting the strategic direction for the Treasury group in consultation with the senior finance leadership. He is actively involved in leading capital market transactions, financial risk management programs, debt management, banking relationships, and other treasury process efficiency initiatives.

Victor Pausin is a senior Finance executive with twenty years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance and C-Suite Advisory for global manufacturing and auto financing companies.
He currently holds dual leadership roles in Treasury at Nissan and NMAC; Nissan’s Sales Finance Organization.
Since joining the $90 billion Japanese Automaker in 2019, his global impact has been centered around driving financial strategies that positioned NMAC among the Top 3 most cost-effective US Auto Captive companies. He is a recognized thought leader in free cashflow generation and received Nissan’s Global CEO Award for securing optimal liquidity during Covid-19 when major competitors had to tap into their backstop revolving credit facilities.
Prior to Nissan, Pausin grew his career at Goodyear in FP&A and several other leadership roles in Treasury and Global Finance & Strategy across Latin America, Europe and the United States.
In addition to leading currency risk management, he was instrumental in designing and implementing global funding, capital allocation and cash repatriation strategies that increased the stock price by 77%.
Pausin, a first-generation American, Slovenian national, and native of Venezuela, is based in Nashville, Tennessee. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and a recent graduate from Harvard Business School in Boston, MA. He holds additional bachelors and masters degrees in Business Administration, Finance and Engineering.

Tony started as a Chartered Accountant specializing in corporate and international taxation. Following a move to BP, he has enjoyed a varied career focusing on international structuring, business strategy, operational excellence as well as process transformation through a variety of roles across tax, global business services and now treasury.
Tony was appointed as BP’s Head of Transactional Banking in May 2019 and, though seemingly confined to working from home more than the office in those three years, has overseen radical investment and transformation of BP’s banking and cash management activities. Most recently he led the creation of a new and independent treasury function for Azule Energy, Angola’s largest independent equity producer of oil and gas.
Tony’s undergraduate degree was in Banking and International Finance, so he describes his current role as ‘like coming home, albeit the long way’.

In the current role as EMEA Treasurer, Rada is responsible for a wide range of treasury and finance activities including management of EMEA countries’ banking structure, cash liquidity, FX exposure & hedging, and banking relationship management.
Rada joined Abbott in October of 2001 and held multiple Accounting, Finance, and Treasury positions with increasing responsibilities with Abbott and AbbVie. Most recently Rada was working as a Finance Controller on an international assignment in the Netherlands and since 2018 Rada is leading EMEA Treasury organization. After recent Allergan acquisition, Rada’s role expanded to include the responsibilities of Regional Treasury Integration lead. In this role, Rada is working with cross-functional teams on integrating Allergan business in the AbbVie standard operating model.
Rada moved to the U.S. after the war in ex-Yugoslavia. After settling in the U.S., she decided to continue with collegiate studies which she did not have a chance to finish at the Economics University in Croatia before war broke out.
Rada obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2005 from Upper Iowa University and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Keller Graduate School in 2012. Rada is Certified Public Accountant (CPA), since 2008.

Susana has over 20 years of professional experience in all aspects of Treasury in large multinationals holding leadership positions. Besides Corporate Treasury, Susana has also worked as Teacher and Consultant.

Kemi is a chartered accountant (ACA) & qualified corporate treasurer (AMCT) with over 25 years experience in the banking and corporate sector, working in various treasury and finance roles. Outside structured work, Kemi is a board member of a multi-academy trust and the Dean of Career Nuggets Academy. She is actively involved in delivering mentoring to schools, coaching young female leaders; and engaged in various initiatives towards inspiring the ‘future’.
