Marc Randolph is a veteran Silicon Valley entrepreneur, advisor, and investor. As co-founder and first CEO of Netflix, he laid much of the groundwork for a service that’s grown to over 275 million subscribers, and fundamentally altered how the world experiences media.

Marc’s career as an entrepreneur spans four decades. He’s founded or co-founded six other successful startups, mentored hundreds of early-stage entrepreneurs, and as an investor has helped seed dozens of successful tech ventures (and even more unsuccessful ones). Most recently, Marc co-founded analytics software company Looker Data Sciences, which was acquired by Google in 2019 for $2.6 billion.

Marc is also the author of the internationally best-selling memoir, That Will Never Work: The Birth of Netflix and The Amazing Life of an Idea which tells the untold story of Netflix. He is host of the top-10 Apple podcast That Will Never Work, where he works directly with entrepreneurs to provide 1-on-1 mentoring. Marc is also a judge and investor on Entrepreneur Magazine’s Elevator Pitch web series.

David is currently the Deputy Treasurer at GE Aerospace, leading the companies global cash and exposure management processes. David joined GE Aerospace in early 2024 as part of the legacy GE Conglomerate separation into 3 separately publicly traded companies. Prior to GE Aerospace he worked his whole career at GE Corporate in a range of Treasury roles including leading the Americas Treasury operations and various program related roles including GE Capital readiness on derivative reform, large portfolio restructuring actions and ultimately the separation readiness. GE Aerospace is a world-leading provider of jet and turboprop engines, as well as integrated systems for commercial, military, business and generation aviation aircraft. David moved to the US in 2013 and resides in Connecticut with his wife. He enjoys travelling, photography, soccer and golf.

Philomel Peña is a visionary treasury executive and trusted advisor known for driving innovation, transformation, and resilience across complex financial ecosystems. As Treasurer at the University of California, Office of the President, she oversees more than $140 billion in annual cash flows and leads enterprise initiatives that modernize treasury operations, strengthen risk management, and deliver long-term institutional value. She has generated millions in savings through automation, renegotiation of financial services, and enterprise process redesign, with experience spanning large-scale system implementations, merger integrations, and financial strategy initiatives across multiple industries. A collaborative leader, Philomel partners closely with executive leadership and external institutions to navigate acquisitions, systemwide banking transitions, and business continuity challenges, including during periods of disruption such as COVID-19. She holds an MBA from San Diego State University and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and serves in board and advisory roles supporting finance, education, and advocacy.

Patrick Lee is a treasury and finance transformation professional specializing in modernizing treasury operations, infrastructure, and technology within complex global environments. As Treasury Manager at Lyft Inc., he leads treasury operations and strategic initiatives, including treasury management system (TMS) implementation, M&A integrations, and global expansion efforts. Prior to Lyft, Patrick held treasury roles across AI SaaS and fintech startups, automotive manufacturing, and a global family office environment supporting a diversified portfolio spanning real estate development, investment management, philanthropy, research organizations, and professional sports teams. His work focuses on building scalable treasury processes and leveraging technology and automation to improve operational efficiency and support evolving business needs. His expertise includes cash and liquidity management, foreign exchange, payments, banking integrations, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration across finance, accounting, and technology teams. He brings a practitioner-led perspective on how treasury organizations can navigate digital transformation and adopt emerging technologies in practice.

Kathy leads the machine learning and artificial intelligence initiatives at Microsoft Treasury. She spearheads projects that develop AI agents delivering tangible business impact. Kathy is passionate about fostering an “AI-first” culture and building an “AI-native” Treasury team. Before this role, Kathy was a Senior Data Scientist in Microsoft’s worldwide sales organization and has over a decade of experience in various finance roles at Microsoft. Kathy holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and earned her MBA from École des hautes études commerciales de Paris (HEC Paris).

Bojan Belejkovski is a finance executive, strategist and transformational leader with over 17 years of experience across finance. He brings a strong foundation in liquidity strategy, M&A, risk mitigation, technology implementation and financial planning. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for delivering forward-thinking, high-impact solutions that drive financial clarity and strategic growth. A champion of innovation, Bojan has led finance transformation efforts across global organizations and industries including automotive manufacturing, food and distribution, sports and entertainment, and real estate development. He has spearheaded automation initiatives and embedded AI-driven technologies into core financial processes that simplify complexity while enhancing visibility, accuracy, and speed. His expertise spans forecasting, capital structure strategy, TMS implementations and digitalization—enabling teams to operate with greater agility and insight. Bojan holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an LL.M. in International Business Law from The FON University. He is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and has completed executive specialization programs in AI and Business Strategy from University of Pennsylvania – Wharton Business and Vanderbilt University. His book “Treasury 2.0: Future-Proofing Finance with AI” is the culmination of Bojan’s experience leading digital transformations. It combines strategic financial acumen with a legal mindset and a deep commitment to helping organizations modernize their financial operations.

Victor leads the Corporate Treasury team for Intuitive Surgical, a US multinational company operating in over 20 countries. He joined 9 years ago. Intuitive Surgical develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery, most notably with the da Vinci Surgical System.In his role, Victor is responsible for the company’s investments portfolio, foreign exchange risk, capital markets, share repurchases, and cash operations. He is also responsible for planning & reporting for global OI&E, cash flows and ROIC, and leads the Finance function for the company’s non-profit foundation. Currently, he is leading the implementation of the company’s In-House Bank and Treasury Management System. He reports directly to Treasurer.Prior to joining Intuitive Surgical, Victor held various Treasury roles at LinkedIn, and a combination of Treasury and FP&A roles at Hewlett-Packard. Victor holds an MBA from UCLA, a BS from UC Berkeley, and is both a CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) and a CFA® charterholder.

Artificial intelligence’s principal application in treasury to date is in cash forecasting, or more accurately, in predictive analytics in receivables. By analysing historical payment patterns, AI can predict when payments will be received. Now, a host of cash forecasting modules promise AI-powered forecasts, enhancing accuracy and cash visibility, enabling better liquidity planning and reporting. Treasurers are, however, at very different stages of this AI journey, with some writing macros and Python scripts with the help of Co-Pilot in Excel, whilst others are taking masterclasses in agentic AI to harness the power of ERP AI layers in both back and front office processes. With AI by far the most sought-after new skill for treasury professionals, this session aims to reveal how well AI is working in cash management and forecasting processes, by way of some real-world examples.

Bjork Hupfeld is Global Treasurer for The Hershey Company. He is responsible for the management of Hershey’s worldwide liquidity, capital structure, foreign exchange and interest rate risks, commercial and investment bank relationships, Hershey’s global risk and insurance program, management of the company’s global retirement and defined contribution plans and plays a leading role in legal entity structuring in close cooperation with Tax. Hupfeld joined the company in 2008. Prior to joining Hershey, he was Executive Director, Treasurer and Member of the Managing Board of WestLB Bank Polska, Warsaw, Poland. Before that, he worked for other financial institutions in a variety of roles at several locations in the U.S. and Denmark.Hupfeld holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from Copenhagen Business School. With corporate bond markets currently awash with billions in dollar and euro issuances for big tech companies funding the AI arms race, and magnificent 7 valuations frothy, according to some analysts, many companies are taking a strategic review of their capital structure and debt and equity positions. Treasurers are increasingly involved in strategic conversations with the CFO and senior finance colleagues on financing the business, including bond issuance and loan financing. In wider capital structuring reviews, discussions around debt to equity ratios, rights issues, share buybacks, dividends, and equity can also involve treasury, where cash and balance sheet assets are reviewed. As debt reaches maturity and refinancing and revolvers step up in the 2026 rate environment, the impacts on liquidity and working capital in the business are under scrutiny. In this session, treasurers discuss their roles and activities in the capital structuring review process, their relationships with the CFO and finance teams, and the strategic role that treasury plays in critical decisions around corporate financing to support the business. In the context of AI issuance, treasurers also reflect on the high-rate, high-valuation environment and the broader implications for market liquidity, valuations, and long-term capital allocation trends.

Jason Koeller is the Head of U.S. Treasury at ASML, where he leads U.S. liquidity strategy, financial risk mitigation, and intercompany financing for one of the world’s most advanced semiconductor technology leaders. With over 20 years of experience across public and private companies, Jason has built a distinguished reputation for driving operation excellence, optimizing global treasury functions and leading high-impact financial initiatives.

Before joining ASML, Jason held roles at Lotus Cars, the University of Michigan, Russell Investments, US Airways (now American Airlines), and IO Data Centers (now Iron Mountain Data Centers), where he developed deep expertise in cash strategy, financial systems, capital structure optimization, and enterprise-level decision support. His experience across industries—from automotive to aviation to technology—shapes a practical, cross-functional approach to treasury management.

Jason is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Certified Corporate FP&A Professional (FPAC). He holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from the University of Michigan, an MBA, and a Graduate Accounting Certificate from the University of Arizona, grounding his leadership in both strategic insight and technical financial rigor.

Christina Easton is a senior finance leader, entrepreneur, and executive advisor with treasury leadership experience at Microsoft, Cisco, and Seattle Children’s Hospital, as well as global corporate treasury sales experience at Bank of America UK. This dual perspective enables her to work with global corporations, nonprofit organizations, and growth-stage companies to strengthen treasury capabilities, optimize payments, and lead complex finance transformation initiatives across industries. Christina also serves on nonprofit boards, contributing to audit, executive, and governance committees, and is a regular speaker at leading treasury and finance forums.

Julianna Achmatow, CTP, is the Vice President, Global Treasurer & Legal at CalibreScientific, where she leads worldwide treasury strategy across cash management, liquidity, investments, and global banking infrastructure. With a career spanning multiple continents—including the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe—she brings a uniquely international perspective to corporate treasury and financial operations.

A Certified Treasury Professional since 2013, Julianna has built her expertise at the intersection of global cash optimization, risk management, and scalable treasury transformation. Her leadership at CalibreScientific supports the company’s rapid global expansion, ensuring resilient liquidity structures and efficient capital deployment across diverse markets.

Ilkim Saracel is a director, assistant treasurer at Nextpower. She has over ten years of experience and was previously a treasury manager at Flex, a global fortune 500 company. She has extensive knowledge in cash management, supply chain financing, accounts receivable financing, asset-backed securitization, risk & insurance and foreign exchange management. She won the Highly Regarded Adam Smith Award for harnessing the technology in treasury in 2024, Champion of Change Award by Within – Treasury Today Group in 2025 and led and participated in many other award-winning projects. Ilkim has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and an MBA degree from San Jose State University.

Linda joined the Salesforce Treasury team in 2015. During her tenure, she has been responsible for Treasury projects and M&A integration, and Treasury Systems. She has overseen the integration of 18 acquisitions of various sizes, with operations in 14 different countries. She currently oversees treasury systems including TMS, BAM, and Wire Request Tool. Her key contributions include the implementation of SWIFT, BAM, and maintaining the in house bank . Prior to joining Salesforce, Linda began her career at Deloitte where she worked with the PMO team for the divestiture of HP. In her spare time, Linda loves to drink wine, eat at new restaurants, workout, and travel!
