Emily Howell is a tenured treasury and risk management executive with extensive experience in global treasury and risk functions. As the Corporate Treasurer at Copart, Inc., she oversees comprehensive Treasury and Risk responsibilities around the world. Her tenure at Copart has been marked by a strong focus on innovation and automation in treasury, with a collaborative focus on enhancing the company’s operational efficiencies. Prior to joining Copart in 2022, Emily was the Senior Treasury Manager at Forterra Pipe & Precast where she played a pivotal role in the company’s initial public offering, successfully refinancing its debt structure, and assisting with multiple acquisitions and divestitures. Emily holds a Master of Accountancy from The University of Nevada, Reno, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Austin College. She is a Certified Treasury Professional, holds an Associate in Risk Management, and is a Board Member of the Dallas AFP and Dallas chapter of FEI.

Margaret Myers is a leading expert on Latin America’s political economy and geopolitics, with deep experience analyzing global capital flows, geopolitical risk, and regional economic shifts. She currently directs the Asia & Latin America Program at the Inter‑American Dialogue, a prominent US think tank focused on Western Hemisphere public policy. In 2011, she established the Dialogue’s China and Latin America Working Group and developed the China‑Latin America Finance Database, the only publicly available dataset on Chinese state lending in the region. Myers regularly publishes on international capital flows, leadership dynamics, and regional geopolitics, and has testified before the US Congress on US‑China‑Latin America relations.
Prior to this, she served as a Latin America and China analyst for the US Department of Defense. She has held fellowships and affiliations with institutions such as the Council on Foreign Relations and the Woodrow Wilson Center.

Dr. Benjamin N. Gedan is a Senior Fellow and the Director of the Stimson Center Latin America program. He is an Adjunct Lecturer and Foreign Policy Fellow at the Latin America Studies Initiative at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and the former Director of the Latin America Program at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. Previously, he served as the South America Director on the National Security Council staff at the White House, managed Honduras and Argentina at the U.S. Department of State, and had responsibility for Central America and the Caribbean as an international economist at the U.S. Treasury Department.

As a journalist, Gedan reported for The Boston Globe, The Miami Herald, and other publications. He is a former Fulbright scholar in Uruguay and earned a PhD in foreign affairs from SAIS. He graduated from Tufts University with a Bachelor’s in international relations and received a Master’s in international economics and Latin American studies from SAIS. He is a former term member and recipient of the International Affairs Fellowship at the Council on Foreign Relations.

As a Latin America scholar, Gedan has published opinion pieces in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Miami Herald, and Foreign Policy, and his analysis has been cited by The Economist, the Financial Times, The Guardian, the BBC, NPR, CNN, MSNBC, PBS NewsHour, The Los Angeles Times, and Bloomberg, as well as leading media outlets in Latin America.

Finance and Strategy Professional with a background in Latin America Business Strategy, Financial Planning, Treasury, and Chairman Office departments of multinational companies. Renato has over 10 years of experience in management positions and 15+ years in finance functions. He possesses hands-on expertise in Strategy Definition and Execution, Financial Planning, CAPEX and G&A Control, Cash, Liquidity and Working Capital management, budgeting, Risk Management, Executive Decision Support, and management of external parties.

Cilla Sayd is the Head of Cash Management & Payments (CMP) Americas at Siemens. She leads treasury initiatives focused on liquidity optimization, digital payments, and the design of scalable, resilient payment infrastructures across Siemens’ businesses. With over 16 years of international treasury experience across the U.S. and Europe, Cilla has led complex bank transitions, real-time payment implementations, and enterprise-wide digital payments infrastructures. Her work bridges strategy and execution, applying technology and design-led thinking to turn complex treasury challenges into scalable, practical solutions. She brings a global perspective, a strong execution mindset, and a people-centric leadership approach to building future-ready treasury organizations.

Glisson is the Treasurer & Director of Treasury at Konica Minolta’s regional corporate office in Ramsey, New Jersey. He joined Konica Minolta in 2017 and currently leads all aspects of Treasury for the Americas region, including liquidity planning, global netting, FX risk management and financial modeling, treasury operations, and bank relationships. Glisson successfully implemented AI-driven cash management and forecasting systems which have improved forecasting accuracy by 20% and reduced cash volatility by 15%. He spearheaded AI-data driven initiatives in accounts receivable, collections, and bank account auto-reconciliation. Currently, Glisson is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) 2026 Planning Task Force for Treasury Management. He has contributed to numerous articles on AI in Treasury and RFP initiatives and has spoken on AI in Treasury at several prestigious organizations. Before his tenure at Konica Minolta, Glisson served as Assistant Treasurer at Conair LLC. He also held various Corporate Treasury roles at American Water and Cargill. He began his career in the financial industry, initially completing a two-year wholesale bank training program and subsequent experience in international banking at Wells Fargo, and then progressing to an international role as Deputy Representative at Bank of New York Mellon in Asia. Glisson holds a master’s degree in finance from Temple University and an undergraduate degree in economics and operations management from the University of Delaware. He currently resides in Princeton, NJ with his wife, Soledad.

Louri J. Amador, MBA, CTP, is a seasoned treasury leader with extensive experience optimizing liquidity, risk management, and financial operations across global markets. She currently serves as Vice President & Assistant Treasurer at PVH Corp., where she oversees capital structure, cash management, and the implementation of treasury technologies that enhance automation and forecasting. With a career spanning PVH Corp., Johnson & Johnson, Bausch Health, and Tyco International, Louri has consistently delivered measurable impact by improving cash flow forecasting, consolidating global cash management, and driving operational efficiency. Passionate about mentorship and inclusion, she actively supports professional development initiatives as Co-Chair of PVH’s Empowering Women NA Business Resource Group, a Board Member of the Rutgers University Alumni Association, and mentor to emerging finance professionals.

In 2018, Daniel Franklin was appointed to executive and diplomatic editor. Daniel initially held the role of Executive Editor of The Economist from 2006 and Editor since 2003 of The Economist‘s annual publication, “The World in…”; which focuses on the year ahead. Daniel published Megatech: Technology in 2050 in 2017 and his book on long-term trends, “Megachange: The World in 2050”, was published in 2012. Mr Franklin joined The Economist in 1983 to write about Soviet and East European affairs. As the newspaper’s Europe Editor from 1986 to 1992 he covered the great European upheavals, from the collapse of communism to the signing of the Maastricht treaty. After a stint as Britain Editor he moved to the United States as Washington Bureau Chief, covering the first Clinton term. In 1997 he moved back to London as Editorial Director of the Economist Intelligence Unit. From 2006 to 2010 he was Editor-in-Chief of Economist.com. For the following four years he was Business Affairs Editor, running the paper’s coverage of business, finance, science and technology. He also helps with new initiatives undertaken by The Economist Group. His special report on corporate social responsibility, “Just good business”, was published in 2008.

Arijit Dasgupta is the Vice President and Treasurer of Bridgestone Americas, where he has led the organization’s global treasury function since January 2025. Managing a global team of 25 professionals, Arijit oversees critical financial pillars including capital markets, pensions, foreign exchange risk & treasury operations. He also Leads the Global Treasurers Finance Committee at Bridgestone, driving cross-regional optimization across the organization.

Previously, Arijit spent over two decades in leadership at Viatris, Pfizer, and GE, notably leading his team to an Adam Smith Award in 2023 for innovation in FX Risk Management. His diverse background spans M&A, audit, and strategic financial planning.

Jennifer Huddleston is a senior fellow in technology policy at the Cato Institute and adjunct professor at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School. Her research focuses on the intersection of emerging technology and law with a particular interest in the interactions between technology and the administrative state. Huddleston’s research covers topics including antitrust, online speech, AI, and data privacy. Her work has appeared in a range of outlets including USA Today, National Review, the Los Angeles Times, CNN, RealClearPolicy, and The Dispatch. She has published in law journals including the Liberty University Law Review, Berkeley Technology Law Journal, George Mason Law Review, Oklahoma Law Review, and Colorado Technology Law Journal and provided expert testimony before Congress and state legislatures. Huddleston has a JD from the University of Alabama School of Law and a BA in political science from Wellesley College.

Ricardo Villavicencio is a finance executive with over 20 years of experience driving profitability and strategic growth for major corporations in Latin America. Currently serving as the Senior Corporate Treasury Director at Yanbal International, he oversees treasury, insurance, credit and collections across eight countries across the Americas and Europe for this top-tier direct selling multilatina. Prior to Yanbal, Ricardo held pivotal roles in Grupo Romero (largest economic group in Peru) and America Movil. He is an economist who holds an MBA from Esade.

Currently serving as the VP of Treasury at Perry Ellis International, Mr. Mike Giakoumatos oversees strategic direction for banking and cash management, debt and credit facility oversight, compliance, and capital strategies. Previously, he joined ADT after the split of Tyco International, serving as Director of Global Liquidity. His tenure at Tyco International included roles as Sr. Manager of Treasury at corporate treasury in Princeton, NJ, and various treasury positions at Tyco Safety Products post the Sensormatic acquisition by Tyco. He initiated his finance and treasury career at Sensormatic Electronics in the late 1990s, managing financial risk. Mr. Giakoumatos holds an M.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. in Finance from Florida Atlantic University.

Angela Cooper is the Treasurer of Flying Food Group, a leading producer of premium airline catering and fresh food solutions. With more than 20 years of experience in corporate treasury, Angela oversees enterprise liquidity strategy, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and working capital performance across the company’s national network of facilities.

Angela has spent over a decade in senior leadership at Flying Food Group. She has led major treasury transformations that strengthened cash discipline, enhanced forecasting accuracy, optimized the cash conversion cycle, and supported the organization through operational expansion and evolving industry dynamics.

Known for her strategic mindset, operational rigor, and collaborative approach, Angela works closely with Finance, FP&A, Supply Chain, and Operations to embed sustainable working capital improvements across the business. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Purdue University and continues to expand her expertise through advanced corporate finance and treasury training. She has a vast expertise of practitioner level insight on disciplined liquidity management and cross functional working capital excellence.

Also a uniquely entertaining and inspiring public speaker, Diana has now fulfilled another lifelong dream, bringing her performance of her play “The Swimmer” to the storied off-Broadway Minetta Lane Theater. The show played to sold-out crowds in September 2019.

Diana’s best friend and Cuba Swim expedition leader Bonnie Stoll have further collaborated with their nationwide walking initiative EverWalk, sparking America to become a nation of walkers.
And EverWalk in turn has recently launched yet another initiative, OceansCommit, hosting walks along our shorelines, asking individuals and businesses to reduce single-use plastic.
Diana has been inducted into the International Women’s Sports Hall of Fame, the International Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame, among other Halls of Fame, and awards of distinction.
President Obama invited Diana to congratulate her in the Oval Office and then asked her to accompany him on his peace visit to Havana in 2014.

Diana has written four books and speaks three foreign languages fluently.

Expert in capital structure optimization, liquidity planning, and automation of treasury processes.

Aditi joined GE HealthCare in Dec-2022 as Global Treasury Operations Leader and Chief of Staff, responsible for leading the project for standing-up new treasury organization by implementing new processes, new systems and onboarding new team. In her role as Chief of Staff for Treasury she is working on determining key treasury strategies and priorities, uniting the newly established treasury team and working on driving the right culture and values within the organization. Prior to GE HealthCare, Aditi spent 14 years with GE Capital in various Treasury roles and was most recently the Separation and Data Leader with GE Corporate Treasury. Aditi was the responsible for defining Treasury’s Tech Stack strategy for GE’s three separating businesses. In addition to her GE’s separation responsibilities, Aditi also led Treasury TMS and Data strategy implementation for GE Corporate Treasury. Prior to that, Aditi was based in Singapore as the Digital Leader for GE Corporate Treasury leading digital initiatives to drive treasury transformation and process automation. Aditi holds a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Agra, India.

Javier Martí holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Finance. He has also completed executive programs in Leadership and Business Management at top-tier business schools. He has over 20 years of professional experience in financial markets and multinational companies (mainly industrial, O&G and e-commerce/Fintech). He developed his corporate career at the Techint Group, holding various leadership and management positions in Treasury, Financing, Risk Management, and Financial Analysis, in Argentina, Uruguay, and Europe. In 2021, he joined Mercado Libre to lead risk management for the e-commerce division (Marketplace and Logistics) and in 2022 he was appointed Head of Corporate Risk for all business units. In 2023, he became Financial Director of Lithium Argentina, where he led the company’s global financial operations and, in 2024, he assumed the role of Risk and Treasury Director at YPF. Mr. Marti also serves as Board director for YPF Luz, YPF Agro and Argentina LNG.

Bernardo Malone is a results-oriented finance professional with over 15 years of experience in international financial markets, corporate finance, and investment banking. He is Regional Treasurer for Pedidos Ya—the Latin American brand of Delivery Hero—he leads strategic and operational treasury across 15 countries. Bernardo specializes in navigating some of the world’s most volatile financial landscapes, including Argentina and Venezuela, where he manages complex FX currency controls, trapped cash challenges, and hyperinflationary environments. His expertise includes overseeing regional liquidity, implementing robust cash flow forecasting, and executing investment strategies for excess liquidity to ensure group-wide financial stability. Before joining Pedidos Ya, he held leadership roles at Monnet Payment Solutions and CNH Industrial, and spent nearly a decade in Corporate and Investment Banking at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Standard Bank . His background in both traditional banking, treasury fintech operations provides a comprehensive perspective on managing treasury and cash operations within the complex Latin American landscape. Bernardo holds an MBA from EADA Business School, an MA in Finance, and a BA in Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.

Raquel Alvarez Mateos is a global treasury leader and forward‑looking business partner with more than 20 years of strategic experience. She has held different treasury roles in Ireland, Switzerland, and the U.S., spanning the Logistics, Manufacturing, Insurance, and Business Consulting sectors.
At Kearney, Raquel led global bank relationship management, debt management, and short‑term cash forecasting, overseeing more than 29 banking relationships worldwide. A U.S. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), she specializes in modernizing treasury organizations, including M&A integrations, multi‑jurisdictional treasury scaling, bank rationalization, and treasury management system automation.

Raquel is an active member of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) and collaborates with the AFP Treasury Advisory Group. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, webinars, and podcasts, where she shares practical insights on treasury transformation and global liquidity strategy.

Jasmine McNealy is an attorney, critical public interest technologist, and social scientist who studies emerging media & technology with a view toward influencing law and policy. An internationally recognized scholar, her interdisciplinary research examines the intersection of people, emerging technology, and policy with attention to privacy, surveillance, and data governance and highlighting impacts on marginalized and vulnerable communities. She is a professor at the University of Florida where she directs the Infrastructure for Communities, Ecology for Data Hub (ICED Hub), which yearly hosts the Rural x AI + Policy Workshop. She is also Faculty Associate at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University.

Claudio Chiorazzi joins McKesson in August of 2022 as its new Vice President, Treasury Operations and Assistant Treasurer. Claudio previously served as Vice President Treasury in Reef Technology Inc., Turnberry Associates and Rialto Capital Management.

Before moving to USA in 2012, he served as Treasurer (EMEA), and then Treasurer (USA, Canada and Mexico) for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (now Stellantis). Claudio is a graduate from the Luigi Bocconi University in Milano, with a specialization in Management of International Companies.

Victor Pausin is a senior Finance executive with twenty years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance and C-Suite Advisory for global manufacturing and auto financing companies.

He currently holds dual leadership roles in Treasury at Nissan and NMAC; Nissan’s Sales Finance Organization.

Since joining the $90 billion Japanese Automaker in 2019, his global impact has been centered around driving financial strategies that positioned NMAC among the Top 3 most cost-effective US Auto Captive companies. He is a recognized thought leader in free cashflow generation and received Nissan’s Global CEO Award for securing optimal liquidity during Covid-19 when major competitors had to tap into their backstop revolving credit facilities.

Prior to Nissan, Pausin grew his career at Goodyear in FP&A and several other leadership roles in Treasury and Global Finance & Strategy across Latin America, Europe and the United States.

In addition to leading currency risk management, he was instrumental in designing and implementing global funding, capital allocation and cash repatriation strategies that increased the stock price by 77%.

Pausin, a first-generation American, Slovenian national, and native of Venezuela, is based in Nashville, Tennessee. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and a recent graduate from Harvard Business School in Boston, MA. He holds additional bachelors and masters degrees in Business Administration, Finance and Engineering.

Sangita Gazi is an adjunct faculty member and a post-doctoral research fellow at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She has completed her PhD from the University of Hong Kong, where her doctoral dissertation examines the legal and macroeconomic impacts of the digitalization of public money, as well as the evolving legal mandates of central banks to mitigate associated risks. She has published peer-reviewed articles on payment systems, digital currencies, and regulatory and supervisory technologies in journals such as the Cambridge Law

Review, the Banking and Finance Law Review, Law & Contemporary Problems, the University of Pennsylvania International Law Review, and the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law, among others. Additionally, Sangita’s policy briefs and working papers have been published by leading organizations such as the Bank for International Settlements, the United Nations Capital Development Fund, and the Asian Development Bank. She has been affiliated with Stanford Law School as a Transatlantic Technology Law Fellow since March 2024. Previously, Sangita was a Senior Research Fellow at Rutgers; Fintech; Blockchain Program and a Research Fellow at Yale Law School. She periodically publishes opinion pieces in international newspapers on law, economics, and South Asian politics

Ivan Troufanov is Vice President, Treasurer at Celonis, high growth enterprise software company specializing in Process Intelligence. In this position, he oversees Treasury function including finance business partnering, investment management, foreign exchange risk management, cash flow forecasting, corporate finance and Treasury operations as well as other value-added corporate objectives. Prior to joining Celonis in March 2020, Ivan served as Vice President, Treasurer at Medidata, global SaaS company with a focus on the life science industry. Prior to Medidata, Ivan held several leadership Treasury positions at salesforce.com, NetSuite and BioMarin. Mr. Troufanov received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Stanford University.
