Margaret Myers is a leading expert on Latin America’s political economy and geopolitics, with deep experience analyzing global capital flows, geopolitical risk, and regional economic shifts. She currently directs the Asia & Latin America Program at the Inter‑American Dialogue, a prominent US think tank focused on Western Hemisphere public policy. In 2011, she established the Dialogue’s China and Latin America Working Group and developed the China‑Latin America Finance Database, the only publicly available dataset on Chinese state lending in the region. Myers regularly publishes on international capital flows, leadership dynamics, and regional geopolitics, and has testified before the US Congress on US‑China‑Latin America relations.

Doug attended Syracuse University and graduated with a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Economics. He spent 8-years at the Fuji Bank Ltd. In NYC as a money markets trader. He attended Fordham University graduating with an MBA in Finance & Accounting. Doug joined the Hertz Corporation in 1998 as Manager, Corporate Finance. In 2000, Doug joined IBM treasury. Doug spent seven years with IBM and held roles in capital markets, risk management & foreign exchange. While with IBM, Doug spent two years in Dublin Ireland on an international assignment in the role of Chief Dealer of IBM’s In-house Bank. In 2007, he joined GE Corporate Treasury as a Managing Director. Doug held various roles over his 7-year career at GE Capital. In 2014, Doug joined Booking Holdings as VP, Treasurer. Doug oversees funding, investments, cash management, insurance, risk management, share repurchase and bank relations. Tai Carr-Fraser serves as Senior Director, Assistant Treasurer at Capri Holdings Limited. James Krikorian is the Vice President & Treasurer for Krispy Kreme. His extensive global treasury career began with the Italian headquartered Pirelli Spa and later Prysmian Spa where he worked abroad in Istanbul, London and Milan. More recently, and before joining Krispy Kreme, he headed the North American Treasury for AB Electrolux for the better part of a decade.

Mack Makode is Vice President and Treasurer for Under Armour. Mr. Makode was appointed to his current position in April 2018. As Treasurer, Mr. Makode is responsible for capital markets, FX and interest rate risk management, working capital optimization, cash forecasting and treasury operations.

Prior to joining Under Armour, Mr. Makode worked at Mylan for almost 3 years as Vice President and Asst. Treasurer, and General Electric (GE) for almost 10 years, holding progressive leadership positions including Treasurer of two GE Businesses (combined assets ~$70B) with promotion to Asst. Treasurer of GE’s largest operating units (Industrial businesses) with $250+B assets in >130 countries. In these roles, Mr. Makode was responsible for FX, interest rate and commodity hedging strategies and hedge accounting, liquidity analysis and management, traditional and alternate funding, cash flow and working capital management, M&A evaluation and integration, and cash and bank account management.

Arijit Dasgupta has been the Assistant Treasurer at Viatris responsible for Cash Management, Working Capital Optimization and FX Risk Management since Nov 2020. Viatris Inc. was formed in Nov 2020 as a result of the combination of Mylan N.V. and Pfizer’s Upjohn business, creating a global healthcare company providing medicines across 165 markets. Viatris reported a revenue of ~$16B in 2022. Before joining Viatris through the business combination, Arijit spent 8 years at Pfizer in various roles in Mergers and Acquisitions and Treasury. Prior to Pfizer, Arijit spent 10 year at General Electric starting in the Financial Management Program, and then Corporate Audit Staff, followed by various roles in FP&A and Technical Accounting.

Debbie brings over 20 years of treasury expertise and more than 30 years in the technology industry. At Cisco Systems, Inc., she led Global Cash and Operations, overseeing cash management, investments, 401k operations, stock plans, and M&A Stock. Before Cisco, she worked in tech start-ups, which sparked her enthusiasm for using technology to transform treasury practices. Throughout her career, Debbie has held a variety of roles across treasury and finance, giving her a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing the profession today. She enjoys sharing her experiences as a speaker and moderator, often focusing on the intersection of treasury, technology, and team dynamics.

Jeff Horowitz is a business executive with extensive expertise in corporate treasury, financial services, payments, talent development, relationship management, and helping businesses grow while effectively helping teams manage risk. Jeff is currently the senior advisor and on the executive board with Treasury Sources Group, LLC where
he provides advice and consultation to organizations, banks, and technology companies in areas that include treasury and finance, payments, working capital optimization, and workforce effectiveness. During his 30+ year career Jeff has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and the United States and led global teams at companies including Bank of New York Mellon, ABN AMRO Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Treasury Sources Group and Walt Disney Co.
