Live one week before and after the event, all registered attendees will be invited to join the EuroFinance app community on Wednesday, May 20th.
How to get started
Step 1 – Download the app in the App Store or Google Play
Once you’ve found it, tap either Get or Install.
Step 2 – Find the event
Open the app and select the event “International Treasury & Cash Management Miami” in the “EuroFinance” community.
Step 3 – Verify your account to unlock special features
Enter the email address you registered with. You may already have a password set up. If not, please click “Send me a magic link”. An email will be sent to you to create a password.

Below are simple fixes for the most common technical issues. Stop at any step where the issue is resolved. If you are logged into your account and certain features are not working, please try the following:
● Make sure you are using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as a browser. Clear your cache and cookies.
● Turn off any pop-up blockers. corporate firewalls and/or VPNs.Try to access the platform via an incognito Google Chrome tab.
● Ensure your web browser audio and video preferences have been set to see sessions on our platform.
● Ensure that you see your name in the top right corner of the page and not “login.”
● To log into your account and the event, you will need to enter the email used for registration and the password you defined when logging in for the first time.
● If you do not know your password, you can click on “Send me a magic link”. An email will be sent to you to create a password.
NOTE: The app will not be activated for delegates that have not paid their invoice in full.
