Finance executive with more than 20 years of experience across all financial departments, holding decision-making positions in different companies such as Nutrien, Corteva, Dow Chemical, LDC and Brasil Foods. He has extensive experience in structuring departments, implementation of governance and internal controls, having built and led high-performance teams in constantly evolving environments. Awarded as Treasurer of the Year in 2022 by IBTC and leadership over the finalist teams for the IBEF Award for two consecutive years (2021 and 2022) and over the award-wining team of CONACREDI (2023); all of them recognized institutions in Brazil.Leandro holds an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and graduated from Universidade do Vale do Itajaí with a bachelor’s in business administration.

Tatiana Ohara Suga is the South America Treasury Manager at Michelin. Graduated from UFSCar and master’s degree in Economics from IBMEC, she has over 15 years of experience. She currently works with financial strategies, regional liquidity and cash management in South America.
