Holding an MBA in Controllership and Finance from USP Esalq, Ricardo has built a career marked by strategic leadership, operational excellence, and deep expertise in financial risk management. Currently serving as Senior Treasury Manager at Arcos Dorados (McDonald’s master franchisee in Latin America), Ricardo leads a team overseeing the full financial cycle, including accounts payable and receivable, real estate administration, insurance, and treasury operations. He has spearheaded initiatives in e-commerce support, liquidity planning, and debt issuance. His previous roles include Treasury Manager for Latin America at General Mills, Baxter, CHS Agronegócio, BASF, and Itaú, Ricardo held various leadership positions in credit, collections, and treasury, consistently driving improvements in cash flow management, risk control, and financial reporting. Ricardo is known for his analytical mindset, hands-on approach to financial strategy, and ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex transformations.
