Blumen, CTP is a founding partner of Treasury Alliance Group where he leads consulting engagements dealing with working capital management, systems integration, liquidity and risk management and other global treasury issues. Prior to co-founding Treasury Alliance in 2002, he was Managing Director of Knowledge Management Applications, a firm he founded in 1998. Dan was with Bank of America in Chicago and Singapore, where he managed the ASEAN region of the Global Payment Services Group. He also worked for Citibank in Chicago and in London where he had pan-European management responsibility for cash management business development. He has worked with large multinationals and emerging international companies and shares his experience as an author and as a frequent speaker at cash management gatherings worldwide.

These awards include Feature Cartoonist of the Year in Britain, Cartoon of the Year in Europe, the Thomas Nast Prize in Germany and the 2017 Berryman Award for cartoonist of the year in the United States. A graduate of Harvard, he has created acclaimed animations and calendars, toured the United States with the Second City improv comedy troupe and addressed audiences around the world. The “World Encyclopedia of Cartoons” says of KAL, “Commanding a masterful style, Kallaugher stands among the premier caricaturists of the (twentieth) century.”

She is currently a Senior Manager in Bacardi’s IT Finance group, responsible specifically for Treasury & Cash streams, where the main objective is to provide solution management to digitize cash and treasury functions to gain efficiencies in a fast-paced environment. Her previous experience with the centralization of Treasury operations, deployment of Bacardi’s SAP Treasury, automation and standardization of global SWIFT payments from the current ERP system, as well as the implementation of Bacardi’s Treasury Management System, has proved to be a strong foundation for her current role.
