COVID-19

Qatar COVID-19 guidelines

For the safety of our delegates, tutor and staff and in compliance with Qatar official guidelines, the below will be required:

  • The Qatar government requires all participants to provide proof of double vaccination.
  • Currently, masks are required inside classrooms in Qatar training centres regardless of vaccination status.
  • Hand sanitizers will be provided and regular use is highly encouraged.
  • Our chosen venue has adopted a robust COVID-19 enhanced hygiene policy

If you experience any COVID-19 symptoms within 72 hours of our event, we ask you to kindly remain at home.

We are continuously monitoring the COVID-19 situation very closely and following the advice of  Qatar government and the WHO. The health and safety of our guests, tutors, colleagues and local partners for all of our events is of utmost importance. Our venues will take all practical steps to ensure attendees safety while on site.

Book with confidence

A full refund is available if the event needs to be postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Delegates can also request a refund if they are unable to attend due to a positive test result and/or legally required to self-isolate (an official email will need to be sent). Full refunds, unrelated to COVID-19, are available on all cancellations received in writing 28 days before the conference start date.

How do I get the best rate?

We offer a variety of discounts for group bookings, long term customers, and more. For advice on how to get the best rate for you, contact us on [email protected].

Can my company be invoiced for my registration fee?

Yes, email [email protected] for more information.
Please note that full payment is due within 5 days of receipt of the invoice

Can someone register on my behalf?

Yes, as long as they have your permission to do so.

I have registered but received an email saying “Registration pending approval”

Before we confirm your registration we check that you have booked under the right category and received the Best Price Available. You will receive a confirmation email within 2 working days. Additional discounts can not be applied after you have received your registration confirmation.

What happens if I can no longer attend?

Full refunds are available on all cancellations received in writing (email, letter or fax) 28 days before the training start date. No refunds or credits can be issued after this date and any outstanding payment will be required in full. The option to transfer to another conference or training course, or to transfer the ticket to another name, is subject to availability. See above for cancellations due to Covid-19.

What is included in the price?

Fees include refreshments, lunch, full documentation and training materials where available (they do not include transport or hotel accommodation unless you booked the residential fee on the Bootcamp courses in which case accommodation, dinner and entertainment is included). All fees are inclusive of published discounts. Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer.

I am an overseas participant and need a letter of invitation before I can receive my visa. What is the procedure?

EuroFinance will provide letters of invitation upon request once your registration has been approved and full payment received.

When can I book my travel?

Please only book your travel and accommodation after you receive the full delegate pack, which will be at the latest 2 weeks before the event.

How do I find accommodation?

We will send you a link to book a hotel room at the venue or nearby. This will offer a wide range of options to suit all budgets.
