Customer Focused Selling

Lead Tutor: Christopher Robinson Director, transactionbanking.com, UK

"Banks and service providers must realise that customers can no longer
be sold to, but helped to buy".

This new EuroFinance programme provides core skills for banking and financial technology sales professionals, customer facing bankers and product specialists to build their consultative selling abilities to their treasury clients. The course identifies and demonstrates the skills required to sell the broad range of banking and financial technology solutions across key commercial banking target market
segments in today’s demanding marketplace. The programme teaches a high performance approach for more effective product sales, and integrates the latest selling methodology and sales metrics. By completing the course, participants will be better positioned to able to sell a greater range of product solutions, have a clear understanding of treasurers’ objectives, have a wider comfort zone, and greater credibility with clients.
This provides an excellent grounding in identifying needs, what to sell, positioning the individual and the bank/company to customers, the process for driving a sales pipeline and the importance of relationship-selling in the finance industry. The programme is structured as an intensive interactive three day programme.
