Per-Ove Zetterlund is an authorized public accountant och director. Per-Ove is a director in PricewaterhouseCoopers Global accounting consulting services and specialises in accounting for financial instruments. He is a member of PwC`s international technical committee regarding implementation of IFRS in multinational corporates and specifically the implementation and guidance regarding IAS 39, IAS 32 and IFRS 7. He has also been actively involved in implementation projects of IAS 39 and IAS 32 in a number of multinational listed companies during 2003 and 2004. Per-Ove is secretary to a treasury subcommittee of IASB’s Financial Instruments Working Group focused on simplifying hedge accounting in IAS 39.
