Dieter Wirth

Dieter Wirth joined PwC in 1998 and has worked since then in the tax department in Zurich first focussed on M&A transactions and then on the financial industry.
His experience is based on academic education and practical working knowledge. He is attorney-at-law and certified tax adviser.
Dieter is Tax Partner with a wide range of working knowledge in capital market transactions, on tax due diligence and international tax structuring projects in the finance sector in general. He is in charge as Tax Partner on PwC Insurance and bank mandates including the biggest bank and insurance companies domiciled in Switzerland. In addition, he is a member of the Swiss treasury group.
