This intensive two-day module will examine the concepts of risk management and how they
should be applied across organisations in principle. On a practical level the common risk
management responsibilities of the treasury function (financial risk) will be explored in detail.
Participants will then be equipped to design and implement a risk management programme
and understand how to put effective risk mitigation strategies into operation.
