Not constant in total votes, now, in Istanbul - 21 April, 2010
Despite everything that Iceland could throw at us, the annual EuroFinance conference in Turkey proceeded as planned, thanks in no small measure to our colleague Susan Christopherson who (a) lives in Spain and (b) was sufficiently fleet-of-foot to grab a flight to Istanbul on Friday.

Well, I have to say, that's the last time we launch a blog and then disappear on various voyages to Canada, Amsterdam and Dubai. We may have left the blogosphere undisturbed for a few weeks, but we're on the case now.

Admittedly UK Tory party leader David Cameron and the vertically-challenged French president Nicolas Sarkosy are two of the most dapper politicians in Europe. But don't they have anything more important to do than to check out the latest neckwear?
Good news from our latest survey: treasurers are worried about the economy! - 8 March, 2010
We’ve just published the latest EuroFinance Quarterly Business Confidence survey and discussed some of the key findings on CNBC. Our report shows how treasurers around the world are battling on, feeling bullish about 2010 even though they don’t think the financial crisis is over and that there’s more bad news still to come.
